Return Policies
Glamour Extensions is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can exchange your item for another product/color. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase at glamourextensions@yahoo. The following conditions apply:
- Shipping is non-refundable & a $6.50 fee will be assessed to cover the S&H for any exchanges.
- A ($12.00) Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without any wear). The first exchange is free of charge as this fee only applies after 2nd exchange of product.
- Exchanges are accepted only on items that have not been worn and are returned within 10 days after receipt of purchase. The $12 restocking fee does not apply on first exchange however, customer will pay for SH on new item exchanged of $6.50. After 2nd exchange, the restocking fee does apply of $12.00 + additional SH of $6.50. Please purchase sample if uncertain of colors to avoid exchange fees.
- Glamour Extensions only accepts exchanges for alternate products so please purchase a sample if you are uncertain of your purchase.

Shipping to and from Glamour Extensions is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.
